- Day use of rooms before 18:00 will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate.
- Day use of rooms after 18:00 will be charged at one full extra day’s room rate.
- Late check out until 14:00 is only confirmed based on room availability.
- The guest should notify the Hotel in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice dates.
- In the event of cancellation after such dates, a late cancellation charge will apply as our cancellation policy.
- Any cancellations that are made after check in, will incur a 100%. Cancellation fee for each night of cancelled accommodation.
And in case you would like to change your plans please be advised that our reservation cancellation policy is as follows:
50% charge of the reserved nights of cancelled between 14 days to 7 days from the check in date. 50% refund minus bank fee.
Full charge of the reserved nights if cancelled within 7 days or less prior to the check in date. No refund
Full charge of the reserved nights if no show. No refund. The whole nights reserved will also then be released.
All bank fee will be borne by sender.
