Terms and Conditions

1 - Reservation

To reserve a Villa, the Client must pay to the Company an initial non-refundable deposit (50% of the total rent due, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental conditions). Upon receiving the confirmation email and deposit, the Company, on behalf of the Owner, will send a Villa confirmation voucher. The reservation is not effective until the required payment is received. Reservations can only be accepted from Clients aged 18 or over at the time of the reservation.

Exclusions

Cost of telephone calls,

Any optional services not previously specified and billed,

Client’s travel insurance, medical insurance or personal liability insurance.

2 - Responsibility

Use of swimming pools: it will be the customers responsibility to undertake all necessary precautions for the use of these facilities; it is recommended to be well supervised to young children.

The customer agrees to the entire responsibility to any accident or injury occurred to him/herself and to this family.

3 - Payment

The balance of the rent is payable 30 days before arrival. If full payment is not received as specified, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and refuse admission to the Villa.

The rental prices are all in United States Dollars (USD). Payments can be made by Bank transfer, online payment by DOKU or cash.

The Client must pay all bank charges. Credit cards are accepted subject to a 3% service charge.

Cancellation - Modification Policy

Deposit and balance payment are non-refundable

Any modification on your booking is in any case subject to admin fees of 200 USD (Two Hundred United States Dollars).

All cancellations must be notified by the customer in writing. The cancellation fee is charged according to the following circumstances:

More than 45 day prior to the expected arrival date results 40% of full payment.

Between 45 and 30 days prior to the expected arrival date results 50% of full payment.

Between 30 and 21 days prior to the expected arrival date results are 70% of full payment.

Between 21 days and the date of check in should be charged full payment.

Subject to cancellation, if the villa is rented to another party for the period of initial booking, refund will be made equivalent to 70% of total payment.

Natural Disaster:

For all the natural disaster the payment is non-refundable. We propose to reschedule the booking or to with system « Credit of Payment «* .

*credit of payment : clients who had booking direct to Akilea Villas, for 2 years (start from date of stay) can stay in Akilea Villas with total of Payment already pay to Akilea Villas. Prices will follow from the price of the month and year will stay. Price will follow our price in our website.
This credit of Payment, also you can give/sell to your family or friends, etc with condition, you need to send email to us, to give information Name & copy passport member of your family or friend who will come to use your credit of payment in Akilea Villas.
