FERRY & TRANSFERS
- Please make your ferry booking directly with Bintan Resort Ferries: www.brf.com.sg
- 2-way transfers from the ferry terminal (BBT Ferry Terminal – Bintan Spa Villa) is provided. Kindly let us know your ferry timings at Email: sales@bintanspavilla.com or Wapp: +65 96696353 at least 24hours before your ferry timing to secure this transfer.
- If the information is provided less than 24hours from your ferry timing, transfer arrangements cannot be guaranteed and guests may have to arrange their own transport to the resort.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMINGS
- Official check in & check out time is 3pm & 12noon respectively. Guests may request from our Front Office for an earlier check in or later check out time when you are at the resort (subject to room availability).

ROOM OCCUPANCY
- The included occupancy for all rooms is 2, except for family rooms which are 4. The resort reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the rooms.
- For purposes of determining extra person surcharge, any child above the age of twelve (12) years shall be considered an adult and surcharges apply. Infant age is from 0 to 3 years old.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation charge based on days prior to departure:
14 days or more: 20% of booking
8 days to 13 days: 50% of booking
7 days or less: 100% of booking
No show 100% of booking
Amendment Fee / Admin Charge : S$50 per booking
