Step into Villa Yoga Paradise and you are immediately at peace,  The villa is only a stones throw away from the Ubud Center! Only 500 meters from the property and all commodities are near (supermarket within 20 meters), with the wondrous sounds of nature, birdsong and tranquillity. The villa perches itself amidst some of Ubud’s unforgettable greenery and nature, its jungle views peppered with palm trees and serene ambience are truly sights and sounds to behold! 

THE SPACE

This beautiful 5 bedroom property has 4 of its bedrooms on the highest (1st) floor, of which 2 are connected to each other via a door, perfect for small families or kids! A bathtub also is present in the 2nd bedroom. 

Step down to the 2nd floor and you are greeted to the left with a fully capable and spacious living room, easily able to seat over 10 people with ease! The fully equipped kitchen is also just by the large circular dining table, with amenities such as a wine cooler, oven and stove, rice cooker, two door fridge and a microwave.There is also a beautiful outdoor sunken seating area located just outside the living room.

The fitness center is just an arm’s reach from the living room! Enjoy your workouts with a view, it is fully equipped to handle over 10 people working out with ample space for extended movements and activities! You are in safe hands as well, with rubber padded floors and an air conditioner as well as a large window allowing you to peer upon the jungle views just outside! 

The lowest floor is home to your very own private infinity swimming pool, sunbeds, and hammock! This floor also contains an area that can contain a large number of people with it's beautiful sunbeds / sun loungers! Spend your days relaxing and taking in the fresh air that Ubud is well known for without ever breaking a sweat.

Villa Yoga Paradise allows easy access to the main roads and the countless locations that attract tourism from all over the world, such as Ubud’s Monkey Forest, Campuhan Ridge Walk, the Ubud market and a plethora of gourmet dining experiences too!

Villa Yoga Paradise also has it's very own private parking area that is easily accessible and allows for more than 2 cars to be parked directly in front of the property

GUEST ACCESS

Considering our villas offer the best view in the infinity pool with jungle view, this villa is located in a remote location with rice field view and the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow,  a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.  If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

**Please note that currently, a construction project is underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.**

**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**. === FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.  If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a villa host or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a villa host catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your villa host know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking. 

Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? - A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds? - A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 10 people.
