Villa Teresa is built on classical lines with a series of thatch-roofed pavilions laid out around the spacious property. With a river running alongside and a wide expanse of sandy beach beyond the walled compound, Villa Teresa’s location offers a private estate with an easy beach walk to some of Canggu’s favorite spots including Echo Beach, Old Man’s and trendy Brawa Beach.
Villa Teresa also offers the option to split the property into a three-bedroom villa and a separate two-bedroom villa, divided by a beautiful Balinese courtyard. As each villa has its own swimming pool and separate facilities, the property easily converts to two separate villas while also offering private spaces for guests.

Officially, the villa DO NOT accepted the payment with Bank transfer.
Please note that the villa only receives VISA and MASTER CARD and, A 50% deposit will be charged at 60 days before arrival date and the balance of payment is required to settle in 30 days prior to the arrival date. The authorization will be under The Amarta villa on behalf of villa Teresa, which is the same company.
– The booking will be free of charged, if the reservation is cancelled at 60 days before arrival.
– If the reservation cancelled less than 60 days then the deposit will be forfeited.
– If doesn’t show-up then will be charged the total price of the reservation.
