This 3 bedroom villa nestles itself in the serene, beautiful and unmistakable rice fields of Tirta Tawar, Ubud. With abundant fresh air, great views and relaxation on the highest levels, Villa Griya Dedari combines modern and minimal architecture with tasteful and perfect touches of Balinese design. 

THE SPACE

The villa has an outdoor and sunken seating area just by your infinity swimming pool, perfect for spending the days taking in the fresh air whilst sipping on your favourite drink of choice! The villa is fully equipped to fully ensure that your convenience is never sacrificed. The living room also is air conditioned, adding to the comfortable nature of the villa. Each en-suite bedroom is themed with modern and clean design that blend wonderfully with the blues and greens that exist just outside your bedroom door! 

Villa Griya Dedari is situated in a quiet residential area of Tirta Tawar, Ubud. It is home to the largest number of wood carving artists per capita in Bali, specialising in hand-carved Topeng or Balinese Face Mask. Tirta Tawar is also just a 5 minute drive to Jalan Ubud Raya, the centre and heart of Ubud, home to a multitude of restaurants, activities, museums, temples and many more!

At your service: The villa is fully staffed with villa attendance, gardener, pool caretaker and an onsite manager, available to take care of you. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.

GUEST ACCESS

Considering our villas offer the best view in the infinity pool with jungle view, this villa is located in a remote location with rice field view and the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow,  a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.  If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

**Please note that currently, a construction project is underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.**

**During Covid-19 we take extra care to disinfect all our surfaces. All towels and bedlinens are washed on high temperature. Our staffs wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. We commit to vigorously following the Airbnb Guidelines regarding the cleaning protocol**. === FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.  If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a villa host or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a villa hostcatering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest p ht you with simple cooking. 

Should you wish to have a professional Chef or professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? - A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds? - A : This villa is for 6 people, but the maximum capacity is for 8 people which means that the 7th and 8th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 6 people.
