SWIMMING POOL & OUTSIDE AREAS
As you walk through the gates for Villa Amanie and descend the stairs, the tranquil waters of the fish pond gently flows under the stairs. On entering the main villa you are struck by the epic sweeping view in front of you. Walking through the double doors towards the pool, day beds are set up ready for you to rest and relax next to the infinity pool, with a Bale (Balinese thinking house) located next to the cliff for an unparrelled view. Everything in Villa Amanie has been carefully designed to allow you to enjoy the view, and the some of the most dramatic sunsets in Bali. With the flora and garden areas around the pool adding beauty and additional colour.
INTERIOR
The first room you enter in the Villa is the dining area. With a large dining table suitable for up to 10 guests, looking out direct to the pool. Walking through the open dining area you have on the left hand side the large living area and kitchen and on the right hand side the ground level bedrooms.
BEDROOMS
One of the ground floor bedrooms sits at the front of the Villa with a pool view and king-size bed, whilst the back bedroom has views out to the Garden. Both are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers.
The two upstairs bedrooms, both share the incredible view, across the pool and out to the Bukit and the Ocean. Both rooms mirror each other in design making it easy if you cannot decide who should have the master bedroom as you have two! With king-size beds, jacuzzi baths as well as the ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower.
ADDITIONAL BEDS/BEDROOM
There is an extra single bed that can be added to the downstairs twin room or alternatively the upstairs lounge can be used with a sofa bed set up as a double or twin bed, allowing the villa to be able to accommodate 10 guests.
Please note: the standard rate is based on 8 guests, any additional guests are at an additional charge.
FULLY STAFFED
Villa Amanie has a dedicated team of staff to look after you during your stay, including Villa Manager/cook as well as Butler and housekeeping.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Villa Amanie is convenient for Balangan Beach, [one of Bali's last great laid-back beaches], and for Jimbaran's restaurants and shops which are just 10 minutes’ drive away. The championship standard golf courses at New Kuta and Nusa Dua are just a few minutes’ drive away and there are many surfing opportunities at Padang-Padang and many of the other beaches within easy reach of the villa.
Alternatively for those who just want to kick back and relax, Bali's uper white sand beaches are all hidden away in this great Bukit area are all within 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Some beaches are suitable for swimming, others for paddling or surfing or exploring rock pools.
Payment Policy
• We require a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount due to confirm the booking. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit amount has reached our bank account or we have been notified by our credit card processor that payment has been received, and we have responded to you via email that your booking is confirmed which we shall normally do within 24 hours of having received notice.
• Payment of the final outstanding amount due is required 30 days prior to the date of your arrival. We will send you a final payment reminder prior to this date. Once payment has been made, we will provide you with all the final details for your stay. A guest’s booking is at risk if the guest fails to make payment within 5 working days of having been sent the final payment request.
