The Orchard House, is one of Bali's most iconic villas. Located in the heart of Seminyak, an elegant six bedroom villa, set amongst half an acre of stunning tropical gardens. Unique in appearance, Orchard House has been styled and designed by one of Bali's leading designers, Charles Orchard. The Neighbourhood

This beautiful Family home is a hidden gem in one of Bali's most sought after neighborhoods, ideally located in a quiet gang for a peaceful, relaxing stay, but set back 30 metres from Jalan Seminyak so just a short walk to all the bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops that have made Seminyak famous.

ACCOMMODATION The Garden and Private Pool

On entering the gates of Orchard House, you know you have arrived somewhere extraordinary. With the stunning garden with swaying coconut palms, towering trees and exotic blooms surrounding the large, 13-meter private swimming pool and directly in front of the alluring three storey home. 

Spend the days relaxing by the pool on the many sun loungers and day beds, or curl up with a good book in the poolside bale.  Let the kids run free on the large lawn, or just simply enjoy the soothing sounds of nature in this secluded private home.

With four dining areas at Orchard House, two of these offer Alfresco dining options to enjoy the balmy Bali nights. Ideal if you want to enjoy a BBQ poolside or a peaceful meal in the gardens.  

The Main House

Every room in Orchard House captivates the imagination, each room both intimate and inviting.

Find book shelves laden with books, colourful artwork lining the walls, selected pieces of art dotted around the rooms, and classic pieces of furniture designed and placed with both comfort and style in mind. 

Orchard House has four living spaces throughout the house, giving freedom and privacy for groups and families, but enough space that you can enjoy quality time together. Situated on the ground floor, an open plan living/dining and seating area. With plush comfortable sofas and an extensive selection of books for lazy afternoons. Open the french doors to the tropical garden and pool and allow the natural breeze to flow through, or relax in the shade of the umbrellas on the welcoming chairs on the patio outside.

The distinctive galley style kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you need to create amazing meals, or if you prefer we can arrange for a chef to create special meals for you during your stay.  Leading on from the kitchen is the second in house dining space, well appointed for relaxing meals.

With families in mind, Orchard House has a well facilitated media room complete with games console, cable TV, DVD player, and children's toys.

The Bedrooms

- Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom) Situated on the ground floor of Orchard House is the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom and dressing area.

- Bedroom 2 (Twin Beds/Can be converted to double) located on the ground floor next to bedroom 1, with ensuite bathroom and dressing area.

- Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom) Situated on the second floor, with double bed, bathroom and dressing area (shared with bedroom 4). with cable TV, DVD. Can be interconnected with bedroom 4, making it ideal for families.

- Bedroom 4 (Twin beds) Located on the second floor, next to the bedroom 3. Shares bathroom and dressing area with bedroom 3 with cable TV, DVD. Can be interconnected with bedroom 3.

- Bedroom 5 (Master Bedroom) The only bedroom situated on the third floor, with a double bed and a full designer bathroom including a brass bathtub. The tranquility and space of the bathroom also make it a perfect area to be used for massage.

Garden Bungalow (Bedroom 6) - Luxurious and spacious one bedroom bungalow (King Bed, en suite) lies across the lawn opposite the main house. Offering the ultimate in privacy and comfort.

All bedrooms are fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans.
