Term and Condition
1. all rooms are non-smooking
2. the rooms rate is valid for total persons stated on the booking form, other ways additional extra persons charge will be applied
3. payment should be made by bank Transfer within the same day of the reservation
4. this booking is non refunable, can't be modified, shortened stay and early depature
5. the final price is the net rate ( including 21% tax and service )
6. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or system error.
7. 03.00 pm release if the hotel has not received your payment until the date of arrival
◾cancellation fee equivalent to one-night stay is applicable for cancellation made within 14 days prior the date arrivial
◾cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the entire stay is applicable for cancellation made within 7 days prior the date arrivial
