Gypsea Yoga is 15 minutes North of Senggigi, along the Jalan Raya coastal highway. We are across from the LIVING ASIA resort, on the outskirts of the village of Landang Luar. We highly recommend that you rent a scooter to get around when you arrive. Unfortunately, we no longer assist with rentals but we have a telephone number of a reputable scooter business in town that we will provide. In most instances they drop off/pick-up the scooter at Gypsea Yoga, but it will be your responsibility for all aspects of renting the scooter. Currently we do not offer airport/harbour pick-ups/drop-offs.

From the AIRPORT, Gypsea is an hour and twenty minute drive North (just mention LIVING ASIA resort).

From TELEK NARU HARBOUR, Gypsea Yoga is a 15 minute drive South along the Jalan Raya Senggigi coastal highway.

From BANGSAL HARBOUR we are a 30 minute drive South along the Jalan Raya Senggigi coastal highway.

From KUTA, Gypsea Yoga is about a one and a half hour drive North.

There is no public transportation nearby. The only type available is a taxi (Bluebird). To get a taxi you can walk from Gypsea (7 minutes) to the LIVING ASIA Resort where there are many taxis available or you can phone them and they will come and pick you up (normal wait time is about 20 minutes).

Hello and thanks for your booking! We are excited to meet you and will endeavour to make your stay at Gypsea Yoga a memorable one :)

Check-in is 2:00PM but we are flexible if the bungalow is ready prior to that: just let us know when you are arriving. In the event we are not here, when you arrive at our gate there is a blackboard with your name and Bungalow name on it. Open the gate, come inside and get comfortable in your private space or in our main lounge/eating hub where you can relax. and make yourself at home. The keys will be in the door of your bungalow. Once you're settled, please read the laminated "Welcome" package on the wall.

HOUSE MANUAL

- Presently, Gypsea Yoga requires CASH payment (Indonesian Rupee - IDR) for everything purchased/rented/hired on the premises. Unfortunately, we are not able to process credit/debit cards right now, but are in the process of obtaining a machine to accept this method of payment in the future.

- Local taxes are 11% for food, accommodation and 15% for yoga classes. Taxes are not included with the price.

- Gypsea Yoga does not offer pick-up/drop-off service to/from the airport/harbours.

- Gypsea Yoga does not make arrangements for scooter rentals/tours. We can provide a telephone number of reputable business' in Lombok, but it is the renters responsibility to manage all aspects of the rental/tour.

- YOGA: Monday to Friday in our open- air world class yoga studio. There is one class per day from 8:30 - 10am, followed by a refreshing detox tea. All yoga props are provided: all you need to bring is yourself.

- FOOD: We no longer have a cafe but provide a FREE breakfast and a shared modern kitchen. LIVING ASIA 5 star resort is a 7 minute walk away where you can hang out around their swimming pool (cost IDR100,000 for the day bed ) and buy delicious lunches and drinks and watch the sunset (can be $, but fabulous). If you want to eat something cheaper close by, try the many local Warungs like Nuf Said, Cafe Paradisio, and Coco Beach (approx 1-2 km heading south towards Senggigi ). The Verve beach club is also close by and offers great food, cold beer and a chilled hangout.

- ECO-FRIENDLY GYPSEA YOGA: We are an Eco-Friendly, self sufficient, and sustainable oasis. Gypsea Yoga is continually expanding to produce all of our own tropical fruits and vegetables. We now grow our own coconuts, papaya, bananas and soon we will harvest limes, oranges, mangoes, avocados, mangosteen, rambutan, ginger, turmeric, tomatoes, beans, and watermelon. We get our water from our on-site well that goes down 80 meters. We drink the water straight from the taps here as it has been tested and is rich in minerals. Our water is free.

- SERVICING: Gypsea Yoga services (change linen/towels/light cleaning/empty garbage) your room every 4 days at no charge. If you wish to have a further servicing, we charge an additional IDR50,000/servicing. If you request additional towels (ie. for the beach), there is a charge of IDR10,000/towel.

- CHECK OUT is 11:00AM

- CANCELLATION POLICY: In general, for a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to 2:00 PM on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded. If you arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded. For example, if you reserve the accommodation for 5 nights and cancel on the second night to leave on the third night, you will pay the full amount for the third night and 50% of the accommodation fees for the fourth and fifth night.

RESERVATION CHANGES

If you need to make a change to a confirmed reservation, you can submit a change request. We will try to accommodate all requests taking into consideration units availability.

If before you requested the change and the prices change for your requested dates, your new reservation will reflect this pricing.

If your reservation qualified for a weekly or monthly price discount, changing the reservation dates may affect whether or not you're still eligible for the discounted rate.

Payment of any differences in prices for the reservation change, must be submitted prior to changes being approved/implemented

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund.

If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance or you decide to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
