- Payment under EUR 1,000 should be settled 100% within 2 (two) working days after issued invoice date.
- Any deposit or full payment should be settled 2 (two) working days after issued invoice date.
- No show will be considered as cancelation on arrival date.
- All cancellation notice and request for refunds shall be made in writing via email.
- Please kindly arrange the cancellation insurance to your insurance company.
