Animals: Any kind of pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Drugs: We have a strictly NO DRUG policy! Failure to comply you will be asked to leave our hotel and no refund will be given.
Extra bed: There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the room. Each room of our villas can only accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 2 yo.
Smoking: Smoking inside our rooms is forbidden. In the public area or in front of your room smoking is allowed as long you do not disturb other guests. A 1.000.000 IDR per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest should smoking occur inside the room.
The terms and conditions that you agreed to when you made your booking apply. These depend on the selected tariff and booking platform (direct, booking.com, airbnb, travel agent).
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard conditions apply:
A deposit of one night is required up to 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or Payment-Link (credit card payment with a 3% fee)
The booking can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 21 days before check-in. In the event of a later cancellation, the total price will be charged.
The rest can be paid at check-in by credit card (no additional fee) or cash. Any credit card provided at the time of booking will only be charged in the event of cancellation.
