cancellation and refund policy
reservations may be cancelled anytime within 48 hours after booking, except when the arrival date is within two weeks of the booking date.
please note that no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations within 90 days of the arrival date.

no photoshoots
we regret to inform you that we do not allow photoshoots or professional cameras on our premises, except on very rare occasions, upon the discretion of the owner. typically, these are arranged when the lodge is closed or when guests are not on-site.

1. Payment is non-refundable.
2. Your reservation allows you to make only one revision no later than 7 days before check-in.
3. Check-in time is 2pm check-out time is 12pm. Request for late check-out will be based on room availability.
4. Late check-out, up to 6 hours, will be subject to a charge of 50% the room rate.
5. Late check out beyond 6pm will be subject to the full room rate.
6. No show will be subject to full payment of total reservation.
7. Children aged from 6 years old must pay for an extra bed - the charge is US$69 which includes breakfast.
