• Full payment is required due to confirm the booking. A booking is only confirmed once the payment has reached our bank account or we have been notified by our credit card processor that payment has been received, and we have responded to you via email that your booking is confirmed which we shall normally do within 24 hours of having received notice.

STANDARD CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY
Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival will not be charged for any penalty.
Cancellation made within 30 - 15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation cost.
Cancellation made within 14 days or not showing up will be charged for full amount of the reservation cost.
