The heart of Villa Belle Oasis is its elegantly furnished living room, featuring a sofa, a dining table, and a kitchen under three ceiling fans to keep the environment cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and microwave.

For added convenience, a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing/dryer machine are ready for guest usage throughout their stay at Villa Belle Oasis.

Each bedroom in Villa Belle Oasis is a tranquil haven, complete with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a plush sofa, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort during your stay.

Villa Belle Oasis’ two bedrooms are located downstairs with direct access to the pool, and the other three are upstairs with the balcony overlooking Umalas rice fields.

Bedroom 1 has a cozy setup with two twin-size beds, offering a peaceful retreat without the distraction of a TV.

Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and is equipped with a TV for your entertainment.

Bedroom 3 comes with a queen-size bed, enhanced with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding. This room does not include a TV, fostering a serene ambiance.

Bedroom 4 is equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV set to make this room a comfortable space for entertainment.

Master Bedroom is the crown jewel of the villa, offering a queen-size bed, an indulgent bathtub, and tranquility without a TV.

Please note that currently a construction project is currently underway next to the villa. There is a possibility that the noise from construction equipment will be heard up to the villa. We apologize for the inconvenience that may occur during your stay.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
- A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive anytime after 11:00, drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for your room to be ready. If you need an early check in, we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise due to villa availability

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate.  If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- Q: Could I have a villa host or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Should you wish to dine in the villa, every villa comes with a villa host catering to your needs. He or she can help you cook simple meals, be it non-complimentary breakfast at total grocery cost + 50,000IDR per guest per meal as cover charge. Simply let your villa host know a day in advance. He or she will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and delight you with simple cooking. 

Should you wish to have a professional Chef or a professional catering, we have a trusted partner with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service.

Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you.

- Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
- A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of €25/ tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests . You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest in the morning the day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
- A : This villa is for 8 people, but the maximum capacity is for 10 people which means that the 9th and 10th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be €20/night/person. We can provide two extra mattresses on the floor should you have more than 8 people.
