'Early Bird' Rate (Minimum 30 day advance booking) requires a 100% payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
'Minimum 3 Nights' Rate requires a 100% payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
'Pay at Check-In' Rate does require a 10% payment at time of booking and is refundable if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
