Villa Laguna, is a spacious, stylish and comfortable villa, in an idyllic location close to the beach, with many of the best cafes and restaurants of Pererenan just metres walk away.
Designed as a family home, it has everything you need and more for an incredible stay. With a private pool, 3 double ensuite bedrooms, large playroom, as well as outdoor lounge/dining, and offstreet parking.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Villa Laguna is a two storey private pool villa. With the master bedroom, kitchen and living space (that can be semi open or enclosed) on the ground floor looking out to the ornate pool and the garden area,. An outside seating area is set up with comfortable sofas and coffee table, and bean bags are located poolside for lazy family days by the pool.
On the second floor is the remaining two bedrooms ensuite and leading on to the terrace and outdoor seating area to take advantage of the elevated view. There is also a large play room located on the second floor. (All bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms).
Villa Laguna is ideal for families or friends that want to enjoy the charm, convenience and ambience of Pererenan.
Villa Laguna is fully staffed villa, with housekeeping, cook, and car and driver all included in the villa rental rate.
Please note: Car and driver are available daily for 8 consecutive hours (normally between 9-17:00 unless otherwise requested) For rentals over 28 days all is included aside from electricity, which is payable locally to the villa staff.
Payment Policy
• We require a deposit of at least 50% to confirm the booking. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has reached our bank account or we are notified by our credit card processor that payment has been received, and we have confirmed back to you via email which we shall normally do within 24 hours.
• Payment of the outstanding amount is required 30 days before arrival. We will send you a reminder prior to this date. Once payment has been made, we will provide you with the final details for your stay. A guest’s booking is at risk if we have not received payment within 5 days of the final payment request.
