In case of direct reservation which requires down payment/deposit, a full refund will be given for cancellation that is done 7 days prior to the booked check-in date.
Reschedule 7 days prior to arrival can be accepted, but less than 7 days up to maximum 1 day prior to arrival will be charged as 1 night price. Reschedule at the check in date can not be accepted. Reschedule can be done only once and the room rate following the room rate at the new arrival date.
