• Arrival at 15.00 , departure before 12.00
• Early arrival and late departure subject to availability.
• Everything is given according to the hours of the hotel location
• Please do not smoke in the room & in the bathroom if you smoke you will be subject to a fine of IDR 4,000,000
• Please return the key upon departure if it is lost/damaged a fine of IDR 100,000 will be imposed
•Please do not down the bed, bringing Durian & Pets otherwise we will charge directly on you IDR 550.000
•Bringing cooking utensils and personal mattresses not allowed
•Room only allowed to be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children, if more than 2 adults will be charged 150,000/ person (without getting extra facilities)

•Payment Deadline 15 minute after made reservation If there is no payment,otherwise the reservation will be canceled automatically
•If "Not Come/No show" on the date of arrival reservation will be canceled automatically by the system and can not be refunded.
•Reschedule regulation the room rate will be according the price that applies on the latest date ( max 7 days in advance).
